The same job description you would post for a person becomes the input; responsibilities, boundaries, reporting lines, and what success looks like. Caestro is then placed inside the team, onboarded with the same materials a new hire would receive, given scoped access to tools, and trained by following real work before touching anything. During shadowing, it cannot act; during probation, every output goes to the manager or teammate you choose for approval in the channel your team already uses, such as email, Slack, or your own platform.
