ResuPick is a next-generation, GenAI-native resume screening and blind hiring tool designed for modern recruitment teams. Unlike legacy ATS keyword matching, ResuPick leverages multimodal Large Language Models to "read" resumes like a human recruiter—accurately understanding context, experience levels, and nuanced skills. Key features: Context-Aware AI: Understands the difference between "Senior Architect" (Buildings) and "Senior Architect" (Software). Multimodal Vision: Directly reads PDF layouts, handling complex multi-column designs that break traditional parsers. Blind Hiring: Automatically masks PII (Name, Email, Phone) to mitigate unconscious bias and promote diversity. Instant Ranking: Scores candidates 0-100 based on true fit for your Job Description. Batch Processing: Process 50+ resumes in seconds with dynamic concurrency. Privacy First: GDPR compliant and secure infrastructure.
