CLIENT LETTER integrates with a wide variety of systems for accessing data and content to use for personalization. Other systems can also "call" CLIENT LETTER application programming interfaces (APIs) and generate communications on demand.

The software maintains an audit trail of who created, modified, approved and sent every communication. CLIENT LETTER retains an exact replica of every communication for compliance purposes.
