WaveKat Voice is a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux that turns your computer into your business phone line. Connect the phone provider you already use — Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, OnSIP, 2talk and more — and answer or place calls right from your desktop, with no desk phone or extra hardware.
Every call is recorded automatically, with a live transcript running alongside it. A call flow answers the calls you can't take — greeting, opening hours, phone menu, voicemail or transfer — the job an auto attendant does. Put callers on hold, switch lines, and transfer blind or attended.
Calls, recordings and transcripts stay on your computer by default; sign in to a WaveKat account to sync them to the web and log every call in HubSpot. Click a tel: link to dial, or let an AI assistant place calls for you.
