Pros: Has allowed us to level up our operations and fast! Favorite features are scheduling, dispatch and quoting. BuildOps has changed the way we do business.

Cons: Reporting was a little weak when we first started. We could pull what we needed but required some help from customer service. They were happy to help but I'm glad that they updated the experience so that we can pull our reports independently.

Overall: Overall, it's been a great experience and a huge difference maker in time spent on manual processes.

Pros: Really great customer support and implementation process. It was by far one of the smoothest implementation experiences we had.

Cons: The Dispatch board is great - super easy to understand and navigate around, awesome GPS capabilities. The fact that we can optimize for the best routes and technicians in the field - saves us a lot on gas, and allows us to deliver more projects in the same area per day. Really well made, feels like it was engineered for mechanical contractors doing a lot of commercial work.

Overall: Overall, great customer support, easy-to-understand dispatch board, and GPS functionality save us $ and allows for more jobs to get done during the day.

Pros: Our company technicians really like the app and mobile capabilities of the platform. With our staff not having to wait to do the updates - accuracy of what we see at the end of the day have improved. I use their reports features and insights functionality. Really grateful for all of the support from their team and all of the training sessions they've delivered.

Cons: Service agreements management / workflows can be a bit tricky at times - needs to be a bit more easier when it comes to set-up.

Overall: Overall great experience, we had some challenges with our on premise system - it was tough for us to sync the field data at the end of the day. Now this challenge is solved as BuildOps is cloud based and has mobile capabilities.

Pros: You definitely get the value with this platform - nice offerings at the right price. Customer care did a great job at bringing us up to speed. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field.

Cons: Could be a bit cheaper for a small companies in the field.

Overall: Overall has a good balance of niche features that are relevant for HVAC of field service management. Scheduling, time tracking, quoting and invoicing, agreement management, OCR, - at a reasonable price.
