    Pros: Dispatching and scheduling related functionality is amazing - I see all of my jobs pipeline in one place.

    Cons: Some of the dashboards can use a bit more filters capabilities.

    Overall: Good platform, again some great engineering went into dispatch and scheduling. Dispatch board is my favorite place to go and use on the platform - everything is in front of my eyes.

    Pros: User experience is good. I am not the most techy type guy. Training was awesome - really helped me figure out what needs to be done and how. I like that id doesn't take me hours to document my jobs during the day and that when I am in the field I can run things right from my phone.

    Cons: I don't have anything to say here - at least for now.

    Overall: For field techs, this is a great platform. Mobile app is super user friendly and does a great job. I am using this tech every day now.

    Pros: Lot's of functionality across the board. It feels like their technology was build for our business - great fit across the board. Their engineers keep adding new functionality - I feel like my business can grow together with this platform for many years to come.

    Cons: Can be a bit intimidating when switching to this "next level" type tech. Lots to learn. BuildOps has a lot of good support to get you where you need to be and to train the entire team.

    Overall: The best tech I've seen for field service management type shops. We'll be staying with BuildOps for awhile!

    Pros: We are just better all across the board when it comes to collecting and organizing customer and project data.     Pros: We're more of a mid size company and at this point starting to pay attention to our data. Used lots of Excel and some rudimentary BI tools, but these can only get you so far. Our team needed extra help in training and BuildOps delivered - we go beyond reports now and use their custom and calculated fields, dashboards, build our own reporting at this point (don't ever want to return back to excel)

    Cons: Can be a bit more expensive, especially for a smaller shops, but hey - you get all of the right features to grow your business.

    Overall: Really positive experience - especially with BuildOps support and customer care teams; Our team loves mobile capabilities - no need to buy an iPad for our technicians works on their mobiles! And again reporting and data piece is impressive.

    Pros: Since adding Build Ops we have seen a drop in call-backs and we are actually able to start tracking pullthrough jobs. I was able to see its contribution to revenue almost right off the bat.

    Cons: Team has mentioned that they'd like to see GPS integrations instead of just cell phone GPS.

    Overall: Very satisfied with the software. We've already seen measurable improvement. Great mobile features. Absolutely love the scheduling, dispatch and project management capabilities.

    Pros: Great features but my shop which is on the smaller side. Good because I can grow into it but a bit overkill for now.

    Cons: Lots of features to improve what we're doing now and for what we will do in the future. I'm probably only using 20% of the full measure right now. Hope to keep adding.

    Overall: It doesn't matter how great of a system you think you're running, In my opinion BuildOps can do it better.

    Pros: GPS tracking and field service mobile app capabilities are the most used features on my end. I am always in the field so the fact that I don't need an iPad and can just use my mobile to do the work is great.

    Cons: Have been using it for almost a year - from a technician in a field perspective, can't complain.

    Overall: Mobile simplifies things a lot on my end - we use to have a software where we would need to do updates at the end of the shift, it was difficult. I get more work done now that I don't have to worry as much about the paperwork side of things in the field. I also had a great experience with their customer support team - fantastic training program.

    Pros: Quoting, no doubt. We like that you can customize quotes on the go (before we were manually editing each quote in Word), email them out to customers right away and can keep track of them in one place. That savings in time alone is worth it.

    Cons: Bells and whistles are worth it but it's not cheap.

    Pros: Tight workflow that matches our business without too much tinkering. Enough customization options to make it your own but not so many that it's overwhelming. Just right.

    Cons: Designed heavily for HVAC and electrical businesses and could be more flexible for other industries. I am in the commercial garage door space and still need to estimate outside of the platform.

    Overall: Best in the business for commercial service. Really liked their platform workflows and cost was ok too.
