    "Not so good "

    Pros: System works ridiculously with file imports. You can NOT update any product info using import files, everything has to be done manually through the platform interface. Only recently they added feature to import images using image url in spreadsheet (not sure if it works though). Interface is really weird and there are a lot of missing standard features any platform should have. The product quantity you set doesn't affect the quantity customers can purchase (how is that even an issue?) Support doesn't really have an idea what's happening. I've been waiting for them to check on the issue for more than 40 mins now. I don't understand why we are paying so much for the subscription, platform sucks.

    Cons: Spreadsheet import is weird.
    No option to update existing products info (only quantities).
    No option to import pack breakdowns.
    Very bad and uncomfortable interface.
    No limitations on purchasing quantity on checkout.

    Overall: Invoicing.
    I personally don't find anything good about Brandboom but it's very popular among the wholesalers.

Unfortunately, when it comes to errors when importing files, the issue can be coming from any part of the spreadsheet, so it can take longer to test and find the root cause. We are so grateful for your patience, and apologize if this was not clearly communicated with you. As a paid user, we would recommend that you reach out to your account manager! Our platform does offer the option to update products with file imports and add images via spreadsheet and url. Also, limitations on purchasing quantity can be set with your product inventory. Your account manager will be able to go through any questions you may have regarding these or any other features!
