Overall: Our team was evaluating a couple of crypto trading bots and found this one to rank among the top 3 in terms of unreliability. The initial impression was good due to their nice UI. However, once you are all setup and going, the bots just fail you utterly. When it was meant to buy, it did not. Anyway, I hope they will improve in due time.
