Pros: - I love the UI and how easy and user friendly it is, you can get used to it easily, you can find every detail you want in the same page, you don't need to navigate to another page to see some other details, this is the biggest pro for me
- I can see the chart and all current and past trades in front of me
- Customer support are friendly and helpful
- Decent documentation
- Shows potential profit after base and order sale in numbers upon setting up the bot
- I can see my balances at the same page which allows me to track my portfolio
- It shows me detailed stats of my bots like profit percentage per day, how long this bot has been running, how many trades it has taken
- I love that they give you paper trading (with virtual money) during the free trial so that users can actually try it themselves and be able to decide if they want this, I think this is a sign of confidence of their quality of work :D and it's a big pro for me, tho it might be a little short, 7 days to be able to set up new bots, still you got 30 days that your bots will be running, thats still a pro.

Cons: - setting up DCA bot needs more features, such as showing max price deviation percentage, setting up percentage of my crypto for trade size instead of fixed price, multiple crypto bot instead of bots for just one pair
- as soon as the bot sells the previous position it will take a new one, so after stopping a bot you have to manually sell that taken position, there is no option to stop the bot from taking new trades and just sell the current position as soon as it reaches its TP level
- No Mobile App for the platform to at least track my bots if I was not around my laptop
- No marketplace for other bots that I can copy or have some ideas from

Overall: I love this platform despite the cons but I think it has a potential to implement those and destroy the market, I believe the pros are bigger than the cons, still tho I think the cons should be taken to consideration because one or two of them could be a deal breaker for some, Overall I think it's worth a try and I believe many would like this product as much as I do.

The youtube seminar is hugely helpful - pity there aren't more - and jives well with the introductory associate's teaching through which I got to know about Bitsgap. This is particularly so for a beginner like me.
Perhaps more could be said about what can go wrong and what can mitigate against loss but generally this is presented reasonably well. It is too easy to sell a program like this with an excess of upside banter when the existing market is really challenging - for everyone.

Pros: One of the best ways to earn logically, specially for person like me who is in his 50's and I have to be in office for my job. The Demo section helps you learn it deeply, spend your time on it before spending your money. I am sure no one would regret it. The chart tools, the Bot settings, everything actually trains you and the best part is that you don't have to have any Technical Analysis background. Just the basic maths and bit of understanding and one is all set to earn some safe money.

Cons: When the market pumps up strongly, we don't enjoy the multiplication rides along due to its safe and careful calculations to avoid the expected dips after a strong sudden pump... I am sure what Bitsgap team should do about it as I believe the basic idea here is to make safe and step by step small earnings rather than to the moon rides.. but sometimes I miss the joy of these rides in strong pumps.

Overall: Thumbs up 👍. It's a kind of Learn and Earn platform. All tools are here and one can earn as much as one learns and horns the techniques.

Pros: Great Support and really working bots. There are many updates and a really good support. The Bot is for beginners and pros! The Design is great and everything works well! You can earn much money if you choose good settings. Try it for free the first days. Really good!

Cons: The price is not cheap.
It's not possible on mobile to change the grid settings in the new interface.

Overall: Really good, earned much money with this bot. I love the design and the speed of this Bot. Really good servers and the fastest orders on the market.

Pros: Their support has been great and I liked the fact that they have message letting you know when they will be back online (most places don’t so you never know if anyone will respond).

Cons: Would be great if Support can be added 24/7 to cater for users around the world.

Overall: Great, would recommend. Although best to get some good training before you sign up as need to know about the markets as well as how Bitsgap works.

Pros: Bitsgap customer service is the best. Ann and Ksenia are always there to reply messages quickly with clear explanation of any problem. You can't get better than that. Help is always available from Bitsgap.

Cons: You can't customise bot settings the way you want. It will be fantastic if you can do that. For example, you can't set your own grid levels and step with any amount the way you want.

Overall: Awesome experience so far due to good customer service. If you can set grid levels and step the way you want or similar, that will be great from Bitsgap.

Pros: I think this program would work for me if I could figure it out. I'm 73 and thick headed. Make the program a copy and paste for people like me. I really wanted this to work. It would add to my income. If you can do that let me know and I'll be back.

Cons: The complications were too hard for me to understand.

Overall: You folks are going to be very successful. If you can make it easier for me then I will be back. The program looks great and I am very interested in being a part of the successful investors. I just needed more help and automation.

Pros: I loved the customer service how they were explaining everything to me for the last few days :D. The whole platform is also user friendly with many features.

Cons: Not much cons, apart from sometimes confusing statistics on the app.

Overall: Amazing product and most importantly amazing customer service, I would highly recommend it to another person.

Pros: I was unable to view my bots and exchange balances due to a bug. I contacted Support and they quickly analyzed my issue and escalated to the coding team to remedy. My account reflected accurately within minutes of my initial contact AND it was after hours for them -- super happy for the help!

Cons: N/A - I like it all and cannot say there is really any "con"

Overall: OUTSTANDING - My issue was resolved within minutes, I was able to see my account balances and my bots again.

Pros: Constantly evolving app that allows passive income to be made from crypto investments in a relatively risk-averse way.

Cons: Can be slightly confusing sometimes but that's mainly down to the complexity of the product. Had some issues in the past with changing subscriptions via Paypal.

Overall: Great app, have used it for over six months now and has earned me good income even in a falling bear market. Support is very responsive.

Pros: It has been fun to use the product as I learn about crypto. The software is easy and intuitive to use. The interface is easy and well designed. I can use it well on my computer and mobile devices. The bots are simple to set up, and it’s simple to connect to my exchange.

The chat support is very good. The team responds quickly to messages and everyone I chatted with seemed very knowledgeable. They understood my issues and addressed them, even in that a new deployment had a caused an issue with login on on browser on my phone, and working the day it was resolved with a new build. That’s excellent turnaround.

Cons: I recently have had issue on my phone that when I log in the software says I don’t have an exchange connection. It was doing it for sever days, not refreshing. It seems to be fine now.

Overall: As a long-time software consultant, developer and architect, I have had experiences using hundreds of software products on many platforms and using them, as well as designing software. I feel I know what is good software and good development. I feel that way about Bitsgap. I think they know how to write and supper good software.

Pros: Straight onto the problem - understood it without going over ground already covered. Responsive on chat and always ready to dig deeper if need be.

Cons: Cant append excel files to support chats, otherwise no problems.

Overall: Excellent support and a company I trust. Their software actually works and does what it says on the tin.

High performance and fast grid trading while placing orders.

Cons: Their customer support response time a bit high but I can understand that could be due to their massive user base and work load.

Overall: One of the best passive income generating crypto bot. With right strategies it can never go wrong. We can DCA our HOLDL positions averaging down our entry price while bot making profits for us even in downward direction.

Pros: Automation relieves the manual side of human emotions.
I like the fact that a machine is trading for me 24/7.
The dashboard features are very useful. Thank you.

Cons: Lack of quick video guides per feature. I wish you could prepare a video bank of what customers see on the dashboard.

Overall: A very reliable system giving us a way to earn honest money. I currently have 20 bots. I was looking everywhere if there is a way to export all the numbers in the dashboard into Excel so I could manipulate the data quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Would you mind building the export into Excel feature?

Pros: Fast support. The design is simple so you see all the info fast and without confusion. I didn't experience any bugs while using Bitsgap. Since I use their service they released new bots and adjusted the pricing. Pretty much it looks like they care to provide the best experience for the users by releasing new features and improving their product.

Cons: I don't think there is something I don't like about Bitsgap but they don't have an app for the phone yet. I think thats what I'm missing and the reason I didn't give 5*

Overall: They listen to their users and from what I experience they try to improve their product. It's easy to use and pretty much it does what I'm paying for.

Pros: Over the last 1 to 2 years the Bitsgap bot has been extremely profitable for me.

I personally think the future's bot is better than the original one they have.

Cons: It takes a long time to learn the ins and outs of the bot and you need to be careful in what you are doing because you could easily loss money.

My advice would be to read and learn as much as you can about the bot before you start using it.

Overall: I would say out of the two bots Bitsgap have, the futures bot is the best one to make the most profits, but also you run the risk of losing all your money. To avoid losing money make sure you have enough money to cover your trading positions, for when the price of the coin you are trading with goes down in price.

Pros: I am always suspicious with bot, and I tried it for one month. I am a beginner in trading bot and I wanted something easy to use. I have seen many bot but when I see the dashboard, I understand nothing. It's the first thing I have appreciated with bitsgap: it's simple even for a newbie.

Cons: It's not translated in my language and maybe sometimes it's take times to see API connected to our exchanges.

Overall: Easy to understand and to connect api.
The price is very good and we don't pay fees.
The user interface is full of transactions we have done.

Pros: - Easy to use as it connects to exchanges via an API.
- Intuitive as they use familiar Tradingview charts.

Cons: - Buggy and knowing how much one is in profit or loss is often impossible due to incorrect analytics.
- Unresponsive support.
- Uses dishonest marketing practices to trick people into more expensive plans while not honoring their promises.

Overall: In their October 1st email Bitsgap urged users to move from a trial to paid account, in order to be grandfathered in at that price before a roughly 30% price increase.

I cut my trial short and went for the most expensive plan. I also took their option to pay in crypto to make sure they would not have to pay any fees to a credit card processing company.

Their October 1st email literally states "If you have an ACTIVE PLAN, the monthly fee will remain the same for as long as you PROLONG it."

(1) I moved from a free plan to the PRO PLAN.
(2) My dashboard shows as ACTIVE.
(3) I have a week left on my current ACTIVE PLAN.
(4) The fact that the email mentions PROLONG indicates that an automatically recurring subscription is not required.

The price for me to extend/prolong it does NOT show the old price they promised, but only the new 30% higher price.

I have confirmation from their staff from days after my purchase that payment went through well and that I'm on the PRO plan, so that all is in order.

I have not received any reply to two tickets about the different price. Finally with a week left they started responding to my third ticket, try to put the blame on me for (1) paying in crypto, (2) not having a credit card based subscription!

Nowhere in their email, nor on the sales pages was there any mention that was a requirement.

They tried to make me as a paying customer feel to blame for their unethical behavior, even claiming everyone was fully informed!

I have since sent them all of the evidence, after which they have admitted "they could have communicated it better and would improve their communication in the future" (paraphrased).

In other words, they have admitted, with a burden of my proof in printouts and screenshots that they are not honoring their marketing promises.

They have sold me (and others) on a fake promise that they did not intend to keep.

There is no incentive at all to stay at a higher plan than needed because they simple do not reward or respect their customers.

I will also not subscribe to a long term plan to "get a discount". I am not in the habit of rewarding companies that have poor communication and use illegal business practices.

I came in with high hopes of BitsGap, but the lack of support on tickets that have been open now for weeks about problems with their interface and their impolite, unprofessional behavior towards their customers has forever turned me away from this company.

If a company cannot even honor their marketing promises, cannot even support a pro plan that we purchase, or make a genuine effort to right their own wrongs, then I have ZERO trust left in them.

What to expect next? To see a "bug" use funds in our accounts to do some trading on their behalf "by mistake"?

I have been in contact with my business partners in Talinn and will be filing an official complaint and file with relevant authorities for false advertising, fraudulent claims and illegal business practices.

I am providing them with my full communications, screenshots and screen recordings.

I have seldom been so disappointed by a company in the Bitcoin industry.

Pros: Really easy to use. I found all preconfigured, so there's no need to spend a lot of time on working on it. There's an high level of automation.

Cons: Few features.
Very limited configurations.
Low earnings.

Overall: Easy to understand and all already preconfigured. You can learn to use it in few minutes. It works well but you pay for simplicity with very low earnings.
