    Pros: Must-have for franchise-based business, operations and reporting. Easy to track issues in the field, take photos and follow up.

    Cons: The software supports 22 languages. It supports most European languages, Arabic, Korean, and Japanese. But Russian and Chinese are not supported.

    Overall: Strong value for multi-unit operator in the retail and hospitality space. Easy to use, great photo features, strong reports.
