    "Great CRM for SMB"

    Pros: I like the flexibility and the ability to customize views, objects, dashboards, templates, etc. The column filters "excel style" are very nice. The edit layout has so many options, coloring, charts, styles, icons, you name it! The marketing app has advanced email delivery tracking options.

    Cons: None for SMB, enterprise customers may need to create special views and custom field in order to mimic territory management for groups / users.

    Overall: This CRM is great for SMBs and it comes at a very affordable price. The marketing and sales app are very useful!
