"Best TMS software I've ever used" Posted 2020-10-10
Pros: We got Ascend when the pandemic hit as our other software didn't work for remote people. Glad we did. We love it and will never go back. It's cheap, too.
Cons: There is literally nothing we don't like with Ascend. When stuff is missing they add it and don't even charge us for it (they say as long as the rest of the Ascend "community" will benefit they will write new features for free).
Overall: It's just really good, inexpensive, you get live support and all training is free forever. You can't go wrong as it's free to try for 30 days and you don't need any IT staff.
