"A TMS that thought of everything" Posted 2026-07-29
Pros: - Ability to customize communication, tasks, assignments, documents, and workflows using the toolsets available. No developer skills needed.
- Automate simple and moderately complex workflows using a wide array of triggers and action presets. (Office teams can handle much higher volumes with this system.)
- Some AI features available (such as TAI Assistant for reading and processing emails)
- Report almost any datapoint using custom reporting
- Constantly adding new features and integrationsCons: - So much customization that it can be a little overwhelming at first (onboarding, knowledge base, and support definitely help though)
- Some new features and integrations need additional fine tuning after they go live.Overall: As the systems administrator for our company, I frequently have people mention features that they wish we had that could make their lives easier. With TAI, I'm usually able to tell them we now have the ability to do what they want. We've filled communications gaps, streamlined processes, and removed many menial tasks that have freed up our staff to focus on more important things. Each staff member is able to handle higher freight volumes now. TAI's onboarding teams respond in minutes and support teams respond in a couple hours. Most questions are answered in TAI's extensive knowledge base. Overall, we're very happy with this TMS and the deep level of automation and customization that come out of the box for every level of our business.

"Easy to use & good support" Posted 2026-07-29
Pros: The TMS is intuitive and easy to use. Lots of customization options as well to fit your workflow. Anything that isn't working properly is swiftly addressed by their support team and usually resolved within a couple days
Cons: Some limitations if you aren't willing to pay for custom projects.
Overall: Great experience overall. The team is super helpful and responsive. Some bugs here and there but they are always quickly fixed.

"TMS Review" Edited 2026-07-28
Pros: I like that it's cloud based, their api capabilities, and their willingness to integrate with other vendors.
Cons: Sometimes it seems like the pages can load a bit slowly. On the search page I would prefer if it didn't presearch a bunch of orders and would only execute the search once I've entered the parameters I want.
Overall: My overall experience has been great, we came from a server based TMS which was a lot more expensive overhead and a lot more limited on integration capabilities (without spending an arm and a leg)

"TAI TMS - Goods and Bads (Simplified)" Posted 2026-07-24
Pros: Very customizable system, with great open API connections. All established partnering/like companies that you'd want to connect are normally already connected which makes onboarding them super easy. We like the ability to add custom alerts, customer portals, assignments, and the activity log.
Cons: The support team can be slow to solve problems, don't always have the best skills of breaking down the problem without you walking them through it fully. The after hours or vacation fill in schedule is extremely disappointing as we didn't hear from support on a MONEY issue within the system for a week since the lead was on vacation.
Overall: Overall, we like the program. It's a good competitor in the market and suffices are needs in full. We would like to have some more input on changes, and implement a sand box rather than a beta test environment. We'd also like to have more feedback on outdated system that's actually get pushed through, rather than sitting on a roadmap for eventually being done. The best part is the GUI.

Pros: Cannot give you any pros as the onboarding process failed therefore I never managed to actually used the system.
Cons: TAI failed miserably in defining a time table to enter data so my organization could see if what TAI claimed their product could do for my company. After a month of trying to get in touch with lead on the project my company was told “I am no longer in sales”. There were no communications about the sales person leading and the on boarding process was a total failure.
Overall: As poor as you can imagine once contract signed TAI failed miserably to on board my company. TAI had no sense of urgency once the contract was signed to enter my company’s data to see if the applications were as good as TAI claimed.
