    "AVOID"

    Posted 2023-03-01

Pros: Their actual product is awful, with no redeeming features. Some of their more junior staff are nice to work with and I wish them well.

Cons: Was hoping for a fast paced chat experience. Instead, we were given buggy and laggy software. COO is horrible to deal with and they overcharge you when you try and cancel.

Overall: Avoid this company at all costs. Buggy and laggy community software. Difficult to deal with, especially their COO. Made us overpay by 2 months just to keep our app running as it was coupled with their software (despite not using their software because it was terrible). Effectively holding us hostage and forcing us to overpay by £2k+
