    "Help desk system for effective communication"

    Pros: Integration with Telegram and Bitrix24.
    Visual and complete analytics.
    Quick system installation and easy configuration.

    Cons: There are some integrations missing: telephony, viber. But there is an API.
    No mobile app.

    Overall: Excellent solution for your money. Updates come out frequently, I hope all the bugs will be fixed soon.
