About AUINA
AUINA is a digital forms and reporting platform for businesses. Teams build checklists, service reports and handover forms without code, with text, choice, date, photo and signature fields. Staff complete forms on site in the iOS app, and submissions become PDF reports. The web app provides a submission inbox, user and group management, and connections for moving documents or data to Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Sheets, SFTP and webhooks, depending on plan and setup. Customer-facing form links can be filled in through a browser on eligible plans. AUINA is available in German and English. A permanent Free plan supports one app user and up to ten forms; expanded features can be tried for 14 days.
