About AOS
AOS is construction software that keeps project management, pay applications, accounting, field paperwork, compliance, and closeout on one job record instead of five tools. It is built primarily for mid-market general contractors and commercial subcontractors, with role-based workflows for owners, developers, architects and engineers, residential builders, and permit expediters. Teams manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, daily logs, vendor prequalification, materials, accounts payable, and lien-waiver tracking from the project record. Pay applications are generated from the schedule of values, with retainage and stored materials. Pricing is a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of construction volume; the GC Launch Pack is capped at 50 active projects during beta, with some capabilities offered as add-ons or on request.
