It integrates seamlessly with our some of our other system, which has made our whole ordering and fulfilment process much more efficient. We’re able to track orders in real time, which helps us better manage deliveries and avoid unnecessary delays. The really like having the ability to automate certain tasks as it has saved our team countless hours. With the ability to generate custom reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and supplier performance, we’ve gained valuable insights into our operations, this is also a wonderful feature we appreciate. These reports are easy to understand and have helped us make smarter decisions.

Cons: The system can be a bit buggy with certain features. The initial setup was quite something, if we knew now where we would be a few months in to using the system, we would definitely not have seen t the setup as tiresome.

Overall: The AMFG platform is very intuitive once you get the hang of it, and the integration with our ERP system has been invaluable. If you're in the automotive industry and looking for a robust solution to streamline your operations, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Pros: The Integration with CAD Tools. We use advanced CAD software to design prosthetics, being able to upload designs directly into AMFG without reformatting or losing data has been a plus. The fact that we can errors and ensure smoother transitions between design and production is great. They provide some useful tools that we have found to improve how we manage our workflows. I love being able to create clear milestones for each phase of the prosthetic development process and assign tasks to different team members. With AMFG I can definitely see an improvement with how we are able to stay on track.

Cons: We had some challenges with initially tailoring it to some of the specific needs of prosthetic development. We have also found that some parts of the system just don’t align with our project structure, and adjusting them takes a bit of extra effort.

Overall: AMFG is a strong tool that although the lack of flexibility in certain features has made it less than perfect for our specialized needs. It can still be a useful resource with some adjustments.

Pros: AMFG has definitely made some parts of my work easier. Keeping track of timelines is crucial so there scheduling tool was one of the main features we knew would assist with the challenges we were experiencing. This feature has definitely helped reduce the back-and-forth emails and last-minute adjustments we used to struggle with. It has also helped us track inventory levels and upcoming orders with better accuracy. It’s a lot easier to spot potential shortages compare to our previous system that did not offer features to manage this. I also like that I can share updates and documents directly within the platform has helped keep communication more centralized. It was a headache to previously have to dig through endless email just to find project details or updates from the team.

Cons: Response times from support could be faster. We sometimes wait longer than 24 hours for a resolution on a support query.

Overall: AMFG has brought value to our operations, it’s been useful in helping us stay organized, and I do think it has a lot of potential. I would recommend based on its strengths.

AMFG’s Project management tools have helped me rationalise all of this. I like how easily I can track project milestones, set reminders for key deliverables, and monitor the progress of multiple projects in real-time. It’s a huge relief not having to chase down staff for the status of each project.

AMFG allows me and my team to track resource usage across projects, so we can make sure that we don’t run into shortages or delays. It’s also been amazing for planning the logistics of material deliveries to our different job sites. We have seen a massive decrease in overordering and with that, the finance team have been happy to report on reduced costs.

As I have engineers, supply chain specialists, and project managers on my team working together on different aspects of the same projects., the built-in collaboration features have made communication across these teams so much easier. They really utilise the features to share updates, mark off tasks and have real-time conversations in the system without needing to jump between emails, WhatsApp or running around to different departments. It has really brought the team closer and allowed us to focus on our work instead of wasting time on coordination.

Cons: There’s really very little to complain about. Sometimes the system feel a bit slow, but I have noticed improvements since reporting this and using the system more often.

Overall: AMFG has made managing our energy projects so much more efficient. It’s saved us countless hours, reduced project risks, and allowed us to focus on what we do best, delivering renewable energy solutions.

Cons: I don’t really have any cons yet. If anything, the reporting templates could be a bit more customizable, even though the data is all there, I have to manage these with a work around with exports.

Cons: Sub-field creation issue under post-processing. It is unclear whether the inability to create a sub-field under post-processing is a bug.

Overall: Although it may take some time to get to know the system, AMFG truly does offer us exactly what we need and even features we did not know we would need.

The integrated build preparation tools also help optimize print build parameters, resulting in efficient and reliable operations.

Cons: I've been trying to download and save a quote in the front end, but it doesn't always seem to work. It's an important feature that I rely on.

Overall: There is so much AMFG can offer. My whole company has seen the benefits. With their integration options, my accounts and analytics team are also able to pull important information from the system.

Pros: One of our main challenges was managing multiple production sites and suppliers. AMFG's software has seamlessly integrated all our internal and external production facilities onto a single centralized platform. we can easily track and manage production across different geographies, bringing our production closer to points of need. The ability to manufacture spare parts on-demand, anywhere, and anytime has allowed us to streamline our operations and improve overall productivity.

Cons: We have been experiencing difficulties in finding a suitable payment gateway for some customers in smaller countries. Despite mentioning several options, most of them don’t cater to all countries. This limitation has caused inconvenience and delays in processing payments, and we urge AMFG to address this issue by expanding their available payment gateway options

Overall: We have been able to eliminate many different systems we were previously using by implementing AMFG. For anyone still making use of multiple systems to manage your production, I would really recommend you give AMFG a try.

The communication and collaboration features enable seamless coordination within our team and with our clients.

Cons: It takes a lot of time to do the training on the system. AMFG need to simplify their training options for businesses like us who don’t always have the time to complete the training.

Although not all the features are useful to us just yet, we at least knows that they are available to us and will work well with our other operations when the time comes.
