ALVAO Asset Management

Pros: What I like most is the overall clarity of the product. With just a few clicks, I can find all the information I need and be confident it’s up to date. I also appreciate the integration with Microsoft environments (Azure, Intune), which automates many tasks so I don’t have to look for information across multiple applications.

Cons: Some parts of the product setup felt a bit less intuitive during the initial implementation phase, but I got used to them over time.

Overall: Previously, we had to look for information in several spreadsheets and systems. Alvao helped us consolidate all records into a single platform. Thanks to that, tasks that used to take hours can now be completed in just a few minutes.

Pros: A really powerful ITAM solution for tracking IT and non-IT assets. What I like most is the breadth of automation - from discovery, lifecycle management to easy customisation. The reporting capabilities also help us to track everything easily within a few dashboards.

Cons: I would like to see more integration options, but the key for us is in Intune and this is what ALVAO has.

Overall: The solution helps us to manage all asset process/task more easily. While our previous solution required a lot of manual work, ALVAO makes most of the task automatic, saving time and effort.

Pros: We track spare parts, boats, and even skippers with their contracts and the software we use on the boat. I really like the possibility of immediately knowing what we have, where it is, and who eventually owns it.

Cons: I don't have any major complaints about the software but I think the user interface could be improved.

Overall: Asset Management saves us a lot of costs, time and energy. We have now a great overview of what we own and can act accordingly. The best thing is that this tool can track any type of asset and there is a possibility to add any information such as expiry date or files, contracts to that assets.

Pros: Easy of use.

Cons: We don't have any issues with this solution yet. No problems.

Overall: From the solutions we considered for asset management seem the easiest to use and implement. Its best solution for long term use.

Pros: - It helps organize our assets better
- audits are not nightmare finally
- the tree of objects is a great feature
- the discovery agent helps us automatically detect assets from anywhere

Cons: Not all features are migrated from desktop application to web app, but its not a big issue.

Overall: Alvao saves us a lot of tedious and manual work with tracking of hardware and software within our organization.

Pros: It's easy. It's not complicated, but it provides a variety of features for the management of hardware, software, and even non-IT assets. Also, it helps to automate a lot of work, agent scanning provides automatic update information about all devices so we do not have to do anything manually anymore. The integration of Azure and InTune does a very good job as well.

Cons: So far I haven't found a feature that I dislike. :)

Overall: ALVAO helps us manage all assets in the company much more easily, saving a lot of time with automated features. Providing an easy overview of software licenses as well as the technical configuration of HW. Now, we know exactly what we have, what it costs us, and how much we will need next year. Just perfect!
