    Pros: None. Literally nothing is good about them.

    Cons: Support is unhelpful and patronizing, especially Julio R. Only sign up for this if you think you’ll never ever have any problems with your insurance, because good luck getting anything resolved. They don’t look you up at all, they just copy and paste from a generic script.

    Pros: I have 98point6 as part of my employer benefit options and it was super simple and fast to get started. Within 45 minutes I was signed up, AI took my intake, chatted with an RN, talked to a MD, and got a diagnosis and prescription sent over to Walgreens. The AI intake bot worked great. The video chat was high quality.

    Cons: Honestly, no cons on my end. Who knew a medical-based software / service could be so great.

    Overall: Overall, I highly recommend 98point6 for people on the go and to have access to a doctor quickly and conveniently.
