Pros: I like that the product continues to update/adapt/improve, including the new payment.charge input page.

Cons: the fees/expense/costs rate charged to use users... pretty steep. Also, strangely, in this latest iteration, one must back-page to the home screen to log off--there seems to be no direct log off link on the page where one lands after successfully entering a charge. Weird and a PITA--very inconvenient and should be easy to fix.

Overall: I appreciate the occasional improvements in using the product as indicated above. As a lawyer we are a captive population for this service given the ethical restraints/prohibitions governing commingling of funds, and I am glad your service can handle this, enabling us to accept charge card transactions (which many clients call for in order to financially manage and afford legal services)
