Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process. Integrates easily with calendar, Google, Gmail etc. User friendly software. Both desktop and mobile version is available. Advanced analytics. Instantly share reports. Reliable and Secure software.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy system to navigate and user friendly, also very beneficial for the business that it integrates with Xero for our payroll team. The implementation process was hassle free and the support team is easy to deal with. It is a very user friendly system and offers everything we need to manager the HR function of our business. - Paperless onboarding - Intuitive design and layout - Easy for employees to use (including those who are not technically inclined) - Great price - A feedback-receptive team The automated onboarding and Xero sync has saved us literally hours of admin work. It has also helped us provide our new starts with an awesome Day 1 experience. The onboarding tool is really good, we set up custom workflows that not only sorted out the admin but also improves the culture. Cons The system is not currently mobile enabled so it is hard to navigate on a mobile phone, the development team is working on this. There's nothing to date that I dislike about the system. There aren't any. If it is the case you find a feature you aren't happy with, just let the team know and they will happily discuss it with you and add it to their roadmap. There are no features I've found of the software that aren't beneficial I can’t really point to any major cons with this HR tool.
