Love how simple it is to use and is step by step for booking that really simplifies everything. Cons BAD BAD BAD UI AND UX! hard to use and navigate. Front end looks nice, but back end so confusing. A slight initial learning curve to initially set up. But that goes for any tool. Nothing else that I have come across. It is a little tricky to configure to your needs. The UI could use some adjustments moreso to make it easy to navigate.
