Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Responsive customer service -Strong support team -Good resources and tools for managing catalogs -Industry-focused features -Reliable for ongoing needs UniformMarket is a great source of information. Ease of submitting a support ticket. Acknowledgements of receiving support ticket requests are quick. For any support tickets I submit, resolutions are between 24 to 48 hours and for me, that's great because I work with people who are in different time zones. Cons -Admin interface can be slightly buggy at times -Minor glitches in the backend from time to time -Some design and navigation choices could be more intuitive -Occasional slowdowns when navigating the site or dashboard Well, I don't think this is a con because I came into using UniformMarket after the company store was established. So, with that being said, I don't know all the ins and outs of all the accessories the company store has to offer. I am slowing learning as I go. One BIG help would be Vinay. (I guess this would be a Pro).
