Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We all know that having a business is already time consuming. One thing I love about this site is you fill in the info needed, send photos or videos or both and bam! A few days later you have an amazing site! Quick. Way. Painless! Easy to navigate they set it up basically to get it started... offers constant updates... professional design. The cost - which turns out IS too good to be true! Sadly- I don’t have anything good to say while my website is losing money and giving me an unprofessional appearance, and this has been going on for over a month and UENI still hasn’t fixed the issues! People cannot pay on my site because of a glitch in their system among other issues that they assured me would be taken care of and they are not! Ease of information input. Just answer the presented questions and the site is built based on your responses. The communication was excellent, the website was colourful and is easy to edit once it has been made. Cons The prices are good. I just wish they were a tad cheaper. Limited functionality gallery giving me issues and hard to set up customized sections. Everything else! Not being able to talk to support on the phone! Losing money because my customers can’t pay online, and I’m still waiting for you to fix it! Pay pal isn’t correctly linked because not all my customers show up on my website. I have had ongoing problems and they are still not fixed and I was supposed to receive a phone call today concerning this and I have not heard back. It would be comical except IT IS COSTING ME MONEY And it looks totally unprofessional! And no one is bothering to do anything about it! Pictures did not represent our service. The domain name is different from my original domain name (does not match printed materials). Redundancy of the verbiage of what we do. Double billing from UENI website. (Over a week and still not corrected). The offer states complete in three days, did not happen. It took 4.5 days with no explanation as to why. It was really easy to design my website with this drag and drop software. I had struggled for a couple years with a competitor that promised more abilities, but unfortunately depended on a level of experience I didn't have and didn't have time to learn. With Weebly, there was no learning curve. I picked from their many design options, and started customizing from there. This website service has been able to adapt as my business has evolved, and as a sole proprietor I am able to manage the changes myself more quickly than I could likely explain to a web pro to create for me! A definite time saver for a small team. Within Weebly it is possible to fully exploit the design quality of our website through didactic methods, and without the need to know much about web design, which has resulted in a great advantage when creating new pages on our website, because we have our own base to work on. Weebly is easiest website builder i ever encountered. Any one can easily create website through Weebly with Drag and Drop interface. It has all basic website building elements. It has Responsive Template, Full page width editor. Weebly is the best alternative to WordPress website builder. It comes with hundreds of templates and designs. Building a website is easy than WordPress. Html and JavaScript can also be customized. It supports full customization of fonts and background. Cons Terrible time getting tax removed (we're a non-profit) - took months to get it straightened out and then when the credit card changed it was an issue again. I have not had any trouble, although when I first signed up, I signed up for an account with a lot of features that I didn't actually need; namely I signed up for the webshop, which worked fine and was able to customize and create products, but it didn't end up being a service my clients needed. I was able to downgrade a year later to a more straightforward plan that still suits my business needs. If you need to create a highly complex web page Weebly may not meet your expectations as it is a service that works mostly based on simple templates. We have had problems adding JavaScript scripting to our web project, as Weebly does not correctly adapt some basic terms of this language. Overall i am very much satisfied, but hope team Weebly will roll out more templates. Weebly worked outstanding for me and also very easy to use.
