Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I remember the first year Weenie Warmers was in business - we actually manually typed out each shipping label (GASP!) And then we learned about Ordoro...and incorporating Ordoro into our company has allowed us to expand and grow our business. My biggest pro for using this product is the ability to pull all my sales channels into one place and be able to print my invoices in shipping labels. It probably saves me over an hour a day by streamlining basic tasks. Another thing I really like is the ability to combine like orders into one shipment. Ability to import orders from seller accounts on Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, + Others. Discount shipping rates from both UPS and USPS. Easily switch between shippers to find the best and most affordable way to ship an order. Great customer service. I have been with Ordoro for nearly 8 years and it has been great. My eBay, Amazon, and Etsy order transmit super fast with no errors. I LOVE the support! THE BEST! Program is accurate and snappy! Support is incredible and FAST and here in the US! Cons The only thing that would make this better is if it were free! It would be nice to be able to create an invoice and enter in products manually instead of using ones that are in my stores. Nothing at this time. Ordoro keeps updating and adding features that I didn't even know I wanted. I am not aware of any drawbacks with this software. It always works for what I need. I am trying hard to create a Con, but can't come up with one. Is that a Con, that there aren't any?? Okay, one time they made an update and now I can't go back and get the data BUT they warned me plenty and I just did not perform when I should have. My bad!
