Pros from Real Users Pros The signature management module is very useful since it allows to standardize the corporate signature by adding gifs, links to social media and so on This tool is highly useful in multiple ways. Features such as dynamic groups, organization-wide signatures, and internal email deletion save us hundreds of hours and prevent potential human errors. The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard. ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations. That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments. There's no way to begin highlighting the advantages of ToggleBox; it's an excellent tool that can be used every day and helps you solve many problems. It's essential for any system administrator, and one of its advantages is that it's always at hand when you need it. We've been using ToogleBox for the past year to manage the signatures and to manage our company directory and internal communication. Real satisfy with the product Simple to use straight forward interface, not cluttered. Excellent customer service support with design and technical issues. Easy to set up multiple email signatures, see previews, edit user information in bulk or individually, quick turn around on questions, create multiple admins as needed, worked with us to make sure the DPA would be compliant for us as an educational institution It is a solution that complements and enhanced an admin work, dynamic groups, signatures and Email search among others are tasks that normally an admin will have to spend hours and constant work to maintain in workspace but ToogleBox acts as an enhancement on those and makes it easy allowing us to use that time in other tasks and trust that those are being handled.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Lot of mail Accounts from different providers. eM Client just works! Many ways to filter mails, to organize junk mails etc. And, also a calendar and addresses are included. So everything you need :) For me, eM Client has a well-balanced range of functions, but is not as overloaded as Outlook. The program is easy to use, considering the variety of functions. I was really satisfied with version 9. ► All the features that you need to e-communicate everyday using multiple e-mail accounts ► Everything you may reasonably want to adjust can be adjusted ► Robust desktop app ► The UI is not just friendly – it is more: professional, efficient, reliable ► Setting up accounts is a breeze and transferring the set up from the desktop to mobile device in no time via QR code... a touch of magic Simple to use and download. Easy to follow menu and to set up email accounts. I do not need a complex app, just something to download my emails, view, delete and manage pesky spams. The ease of use and absolutely huge amount of features that you get with this email software is mindblowing. And the possibility to get this with a lifetime purchase is very rare and much appreciated. Cons Sometimes I get timeouts but I have no idea why. The provider is available, everything seems to be fine but eM Client is not able to connect, while thunderbird is. And sometimes it gets stuck loading an email. The computer is online but the eM Client doesn't seem to be able to connect and to show the mails content. I use eM Client on Macintosh computers and my most important argument, the frequent crashes, is based on the experience under MacOS. I cannot judge the behavior under Windows. Since version 10, eM Client keeps crashing, at least once a week. This can even happen when I leave the computer, when I come back I am told that eM Client has crashed. This gives me a bad feeling, especially because after restarting the program, the database is first checked and then repaired. If something goes wrong there In any case, I have never experienced such crashes with other e-mail clients that I used before switching to eM Client. Version 10 of the program was released a few months ago. Apparently the programmers are not able to get the problem under control. In addition, a support request ended with an unacceptable answer. Either the employee didn't know his way around or he didn't feel like dealing with my request. ► It took me a long time to discover this tool exists As I am not tech minded, have not come across any features that are of concern. Shortcuts good be more prominent and readily available but overall very easy to use and nothing to complain about. I received some server error during the first couple of days that made me hesitate on the service but after a call with great support the issue was resolved and now I am a lifetimer.
