Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. Logically designed. Several options to enter time. Reporting couldn't be easier. Pricing is very reasonable. Support has been very quick to respond and always helpful. No pressure or upsell, just listening and answering questions. Good integration with QuickBooks desktop, solid support (shout-out to Patrick and Rose always helpful in the online chat). Been using for many years and still finding cool features for our users. For managers there's some great reports where they can monitor the productivity of the workers, etc. Great product to use when you get kicked off Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online! Excellent customer service!!! I seem to connect with Patrick a lot when reaching out with questions. He is always super responsive and very helpful. Cons I really love the system. There is nothing to dislike. UI is a little dated, but very, very solid application. Better layout for our purposes (Client / Project /A They say the sync tool needs to be run in single-user mode (for Quickbooks Desktop) but we used it for literally years and things were OK. No biggie. Nothing - no problems - great product - easy to use I really don't have any issue with Ebility other than a slow sync		Pros from Real Users Pros It's a reliable and effective timesheet software for an organization whose employee work from home. It tells what the employee is doing and also how much time they spent on certain tasks. Mobile platform is also available with data syncable option.
