Pros

• Good integration with QuickBooks desktop, solid support (shout-out to Patrick and Rose always helpful in the online chat). Been using for many years and still finding cool features for our users. For managers there's some great reports where they can monitor the productivity of the workers, etc.
• Great product to use when you get kicked off Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online! Excellent customer service!!!
• I seem to connect with Patrick a lot when reaching out with questions. He is always super responsive and very helpful.
• I have been with eBillity for well over 10 years and their customer service wasn't always that great. But today, we had an issue with our QuickBooks syncing. While it took a while to figure things out, Patrick was super helpful and stayed with me until it was solved. Everything is working and I appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you, Patrick!
• He responds very quickly. Always asks questions to better understand and help me. If he cannot find the answer, he is humble enough to let me know that he needs to get help from his Tech Team. Out of the 4 years that I've dealt with him, there was only one time that I had to figure it out for myself
• I always get connected to Patrick right away. He fixes most of my sync issues and gets me help if there are any technical questions.
• The customer service for this company is THE BEST! Always response, they always find a solution. even if it takes them hours. This incident did not!
