Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a text alert system for our company of 160 employees but didn't want to spend a fortune and have some overly complicated system. Text Magic checked all boxes. It is very simple to use, web based, low cost, pay as you go, no subscriptions, no strings. We love it!!! Textmagic is a great tool for communicating with all employees in my company or all employees in certain departments. I can schedule those group texts in advance or do them on the fly. It is so easy to use. Very easy to use and so far meets my requirements. I like the live results and that you can also use this system for email marketing as well. Email to sms gateway seems reliable and has worked well for us. I hope it continues to be a solid product. Very easy to use, great app too. Very straight forward and does not require a lot of information, just what you need. Cons None! We have no cons to report. Setup and verification took a few days but that's a regulatory thing. After that - Smooth sailing. There aren't any cons. The designers seemed to think of everything. So far I have not found anything that I don't like. I contacted support twice in the last 2 weeks, one via website, and one via email. No response. Nothing so far. Everything seems to be very straight forward.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros NOTHING. I never used the services. It was the first one to pop up, when I found another company they would not refund me. POOR DECISION! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM plenty of companies out there. I've been with Texting Base for 4 years. If I ever had an issue, they've made it right. Their customer service keeps me as a client. I've had several emergencies, that were my fault but they've handle it, even late at night. Cons I signed up, but found another program that was easier and cheaper. I tried canceling, within a day or two, never sending 1 text and I was told that I could not cancel. I will be losing my $200. The excuse was that they use a 3rd party for all transactions and they don't give refunds. I find this policy horrible and unfair. I don't recommend this company to anyone, KEEP SEARCHING. They should run a fair and honest business, They don't, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. There are cheaper services but I feel there is loss in customer service with others that make this company worth continuing doing business with. I wish they had a one time payment option in addition to the subscription. Offer a worthwhile discount with a subscription to make it worth it, but also be able to pay without subscribing. I use the service 8 months out of the year. If they had this option my review could be stronger.
