Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Being able to text keeps conversations. Transferred from Zipwhip easily. Price is competitive. Add new features at times/ Easy to use, great support staff, fairly priced, and highly productive We did a demo and got all our answers. Plus they didn't even try to get me in a contract, their product and service are their contract. How refreshing... I like that it's easy to text multiple numbers at one time. I also like the ability to compose a template and use that template multiple times to multiple numbers. I work closely with HR and I help with our hiring process. Many of our applicants' voice mails on their cell phones are either not set up, or their voice mailbox is full. Many applicants screen their calls and just don't answer. But everyone checks their text messages and is more likely to respond to a text message rather than answer a call. It's easy to keep track of things. I like that different profiles can be set so that in the office we can see who has responded to whom. Cons We are Zipwhip customers so a big drop off. Adding attachments is really poor compared to Zipwhip. And not being able to text to a group as little as 2 or 3 is ridiculous. not many cons, they do exactly what they said, and I love that. I don't like that you can't delete messages. They just fill up the page. That's the first thing I see when I open Text Request, a long list of old messages that I have already read and responded to. A lot of my messages are "no thank you". I would like to be able to quickly see useful messages. A lot of the messages are junk and I would like to be able to delete them and not archive them. I feel it's wasted space and time to have to keep scrolling through old and useless messages. I don't like that when you search for a particular person, the options don't narrow down automatically (ie, without having to press enter on the search)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As an Engineer in MNC, contacting other MNC for work purposes needs a different kind of attention and helping features from normal SMS. TrueDialog helps a lot in managing company-wise Contacts and documents. A professional messaging app. It is easy to set up, use and manage the application including giving out replies and responses to each text. You can easily keep in touch with customers and other users. * The user interface is easy to understand and helps with using most of the features to their fullest. Their live training session helped me get up and running quickly. Great product and service overall. * I Really like the ability to schedule messages and personalize them for each customer at a mass scale. * Affordable pricing, great support team. It offers a smart SMS sending feature to send mass SMS very easily. Enabling this tool with business is very easy. Integrated with CRM tools. The Mobile version also supported. Excellent pricing Portal UI is easy to use and is deep in functionality API availability Terrific customer service Cons There is no such con of the TrueDialog but they should move their price to a more reasonable section. It is gonna be a waste of time, energy and resources If the sms is sent to users who do not give importance to text messages. * No big drawbacks as compared to other services with same features. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. Provisioning shortcodes can be slow due to carrier approvals
