Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Maybe a short list of integrations (but not critical for me) The updated design is user-friendly and easy to write and manage QA documentation. The checklist view allows us to execute tests very quickly. Jira integration is highly useful as our team doesn't need to switch tabs to log bugs. - It is very Easy to setup. - It has Clean UI. - It is very easy to learn. - It can be easily integrated with with other tools like Jira, Pivotal etc. - It is inexpensive. Cons Growing, adding new features No shared steps functionality which is not very convenient. I think there might be some issue with search if you have lots of test cases.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Multiple Formats for Test cases, Hierarchical Storage, Test Runs with Results, Statuses for individual test cases. Beginner friendly - Easy to learn. Personalized dashboards. Activity reports. Lots of customization options. Jira & Confluence Integration. TestRail makes managing our test suites and test cases extremely easy. Set up was simple, and the reporting that TestRail provides is very good. It's hosted in the cloud too which makes it simple for our remote team members to stay involved in the testing process. Cons Don't think of any cons other than the fact that it doesn't have a mobile app. No option for bulk operations - delete or mark. No integration with Slack. None really so far. Had one issue that was solved by support very fast.
