    Pros: Multiple Formats for Test cases, Hierarchical Storage, Test Runs with Results, Statuses for individual test cases.

    Cons: Don't think of any cons other than the fact that it doesn't have a mobile app.

    Overall: A good tool for test management i.e for both writing and maintaining test cases and creating the Test runs and testing of the application in an efficient manner.

    Pros: Beginner friendly - Easy to learn.
    Personalized dashboards.
    Activity reports.
    Lots of customization options.
    Jira & Confluence Integration.

    Cons: No option for bulk operations - delete or mark.
    No integration with Slack.

    Overall: Test Rail is really easy to use and eases the process of test case management. Integration with useful tools like Jira & Confluence increases the visibility of testing process.

    "Remarkably useful"

    Pros: TestRail makes managing our test suites and test cases extremely easy. Set up was simple, and the reporting that TestRail provides is very good. It's hosted in the cloud too which makes it simple for our remote team members to stay involved in the testing process.

    Cons: None really so far. Had one issue that was solved by support very fast.

    Overall: I'd recommend TestRail if your team needs a solid test case management system and if you have a distributed/remote workforce. Does everything we need it to and more.
