	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros First of all, it works! Secondly , it is intuitive. Very easy to use. Thirdly, you can personalize every message. Fourth, you can easily upload lists and therefore send out targeted messages. I love the ease of use with this product. We needed a text alert system for our company of 160 employees but didn't want to spend a fortune and have some overly complicated system. Text Magic checked all boxes. It is very simple to use, web based, low cost, pay as you go, no subscriptions, no strings. We love it!!! Textmagic is a great tool for communicating with all employees in my company or all employees in certain departments. I can schedule those group texts in advance or do them on the fly. It is so easy to use. Very easy to use and so far meets my requirements. I like the live results and that you can also use this system for email marketing as well. Email to sms gateway seems reliable and has worked well for us. I hope it continues to be a solid product. Cons Nothing comes to mind. Can't think of anything I didn't like. None! We have no cons to report. Setup and verification took a few days but that's a regulatory thing. After that - Smooth sailing. There aren't any cons. The designers seemed to think of everything. So far I have not found anything that I don't like. I contacted support twice in the last 2 weeks, one via website, and one via email. No response.
