Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I generally use it 3-4 times a month for group meeting reminders, sometimes more. The service is easy to navigate, easy to use, easy to update. I like the scheduling feature so I can set up messages the night before or even well in advance; that way I can be on vacation and still send those reminders! Well priced and easy to use service. Support system is fantastic. I recommend it for start ups and small businesses on a budget. The system is easy to use and keeps us in compliance with state and federal laws. Would recommend it to anyone. The website is easy to navigate and instructions are clear. If I have a question or a special need I have received great help on the phone. Text180 is a great tool for my small business as people may not read emails or my social media, but they'll always see my text! I would highly recommend this texting service for your business. I love the scheduling feature and option to add images and links to the texts. Scheduling saves me a lot of time and I don't forget to send the texts when I am busy. I've used Text180 for 2 years now and love it! Cons Having just a few more available spaces would be great as I need to be quite creative to get all the info in along with the Zoom code (even a shortened code). But so far I've made it work. Cannot do much about emojis and limited text volume. The pricing is a little high. There may be cheaper options out there. I preferred the 5 digit code to add numbers, but the 1-800 option is working fine. Nothing! I haven't had one negative experience in the past two years.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a text alert system for our company of 160 employees but didn't want to spend a fortune and have some overly complicated system. Text Magic checked all boxes. It is very simple to use, web based, low cost, pay as you go, no subscriptions, no strings. We love it!!! Textmagic is a great tool for communicating with all employees in my company or all employees in certain departments. I can schedule those group texts in advance or do them on the fly. It is so easy to use. Very easy to use and so far meets my requirements. I like the live results and that you can also use this system for email marketing as well. Email to sms gateway seems reliable and has worked well for us. I hope it continues to be a solid product. Very easy to use, great app too. Very straight forward and does not require a lot of information, just what you need. Cons None! We have no cons to report. Setup and verification took a few days but that's a regulatory thing. After that - Smooth sailing. There aren't any cons. The designers seemed to think of everything. So far I have not found anything that I don't like. I contacted support twice in the last 2 weeks, one via website, and one via email. No response. Nothing so far. Everything seems to be very straight forward.
