Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The product I great to sending duct, and pipe for fabrication. I will create fabrication pieces as you draw. Great salesmen - sold as a flawless tool - when in fact your company will become SysQue R&D department. Updates continually cause errors for things that were not part of what was supposed to be fixed. Cons Over 3 years, the product gets slower. Some issues don't get fixed. They have a plan for where they are taking the product but it doesn't line up with what the customers want. The program has the ability to update content but the updates will screw up custom user settings and then they have to be redone. We don't often see direct fixes to issues. Users are told it will be worked on for the next update so users have to deal with the issue for 2-3 months or more and manage the error themselves. Terrible execution of the product - always a problem that SysQue is aware of that never gets fixed. Operators must figure out issues on their own.... if they ever figure it out.
