Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like Smartsheet’s flexibility in handling various type of workflows and projects. It also provides a well organized dashboard which makes project management easy. Has a wide range of features and capabilities, allowing users to easily keep track of tasks, assign resources, manage timelines and more. UI is intuitive and easy to use, and the data is easily accessible and customizable. Additionally, there's a wide range of integrations and third-party applications that allow users to extend their project management capabilities. The Smartsheet platform is incredibly easy to use. The training and onboarding process was simple. Its user interface is minimalistic. Assigning tasks to groups or individuals is incredibly easy. Its to-do tasks reminder works great. Easy to create groups for multiple projects. There's a lot of potential if you're a spreadsheet nerd. With some features baked in, like red flags for overdue tasks, Smartsheet can be a good project management tool for some. There is very little that Excel can do that Smartsheet can't, but plenty that Smartsheet can do that Excel can't. The biggest positive impact we experienced after implementing Smartsheet is team productivity. It enhances our ability and saves lots of time. The user interface is very responsive. The automation functionality works as promised. Cons My experience with Smartsheet has been great and the system has wide ranging possibilities, so i have no cons. Can be expensive, and the cost can add up quickly if you need additional features or integrations. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at first and it may take some time to learn all the features and capabilities. Never faced any major issues while using the Smartsheet platform. A critical feature for any project management tool is the ability to create sub-tasks within a task. This can be done, but just doesn't really work the same way other PM tools does. It's highly manual, and adjusting formatting can be a huge pain. For as powerful as it is, you really have to dedicate a lot of time to figure out how to use even the basic features. One small thing that I don't like is the slow loading speed. Sometimes the dashboard text appears very late.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With the task manager that Workfront implements you can make it much easier to pass information from one team member to another, in case you need to evaluate any activity performed that needs multiple opinions, and everything uploaded to the Workfront platform is automatically stored in the cloud, so there are usually no issues with saved annotations. The information of all production is kept entirely unified in one part of the network, so no matter if it is the simple creation of work material or more weighty operations at the level of group strategy, the management is maintained with the same quality. The handling of the lines of information that Workfront has offered us is fabulous in comparison to the other platforms we tried to use previously. With Workfront we have not had any problems when creating schedules that need to be shared with others. Workfront is equipped with great functions to manage the entire workspace and helps to keep work and tasks strategically planned and managed. It boosts the team power. It also offers centralizes insights from multiple sources of tasks and projects. My team loved this platform. What I like most about it is that it has really helped us to manage multiple projects in a very secure manner. Work front works very efficiently. It helps in managing workflows of our company. Customise forms are there which saves lots of time, energy and efforts. Provides notifications in real time. Dashboards are configurable. Very intuitive features. Easy to use and understand. Cons Something that the Workfront development team should improve in future updates is the ability to edit in real time from within the platform, since it does not have integrations to video conferencing services that let you edit documents or files in general while you are talking to other members of the group and at the same time they can see the changes. Like most group productivity software, Workfront has far more unintelligible report customization features than a team would really need to work. Presumably this is useful for some with more complex goals, so it's not a real drawback for a team that knows what it needs. Sometimes it's a bit laggy on the daily first run. It is the best! And the easiest to use I have no complaint towards it. Very easy to use. Standardise the process. Saves lots of time.
