Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like Smartsheet’s flexibility in handling various type of workflows and projects. It also provides a well organized dashboard which makes project management easy. Has a wide range of features and capabilities, allowing users to easily keep track of tasks, assign resources, manage timelines and more. UI is intuitive and easy to use, and the data is easily accessible and customizable. Additionally, there's a wide range of integrations and third-party applications that allow users to extend their project management capabilities. The Smartsheet platform is incredibly easy to use. The training and onboarding process was simple. Its user interface is minimalistic. Assigning tasks to groups or individuals is incredibly easy. Its to-do tasks reminder works great. Easy to create groups for multiple projects. There's a lot of potential if you're a spreadsheet nerd. With some features baked in, like red flags for overdue tasks, Smartsheet can be a good project management tool for some. There is very little that Excel can do that Smartsheet can't, but plenty that Smartsheet can do that Excel can't. The biggest positive impact we experienced after implementing Smartsheet is team productivity. It enhances our ability and saves lots of time. The user interface is very responsive. The automation functionality works as promised. Cons My experience with Smartsheet has been great and the system has wide ranging possibilities, so i have no cons. Can be expensive, and the cost can add up quickly if you need additional features or integrations. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at first and it may take some time to learn all the features and capabilities. Never faced any major issues while using the Smartsheet platform. A critical feature for any project management tool is the ability to create sub-tasks within a task. This can be done, but just doesn't really work the same way other PM tools does. It's highly manual, and adjusting formatting can be a huge pain. For as powerful as it is, you really have to dedicate a lot of time to figure out how to use even the basic features. One small thing that I don't like is the slow loading speed. Sometimes the dashboard text appears very late.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Wimi has multiple tools that have facilitated our day-to-day work, with an interface that is simple to use and quite extensive to cover all our needs and objectives, the fact that it is easy to use gives us the possibility of working intuitively and not It takes too much time and effort. Prioritize task management, assignment of activities which allows us to balance work and try to keep the team in constant progress and work integration, which frames a complete line of professional progress and makes our work really have value. The follow-up of the milestones of our projects allows us to evaluate the progress and be flexible with the planning, in the search that our projects come out according to our objectives. Project planning has boosted our performance and allowed us to be more consistent with what we do. Having collaboration tools that facilitate our group work has allowed us to prioritize work bases, good communication and comprehensive work, where every detail is impeccable and in sync, the tools for sharing documents, scheduling meetings, and distributing work have been essential to achieve all this. Organization and prioritization are important aspects when it comes to Wimi's outstanding features. Wimi is really an effective tool that enhances team productivity. It's very easy to use and has great power. It offers the best project management, collaboration, reports, insights, file management, and file sharing with the team. Wimi gives rise to make a unified team in the workspace. It effectively enhances the productivity and ability of problem-solving in a team. The ease of transferring the file to other co-workers is great. Wimi helped my team to stay on the same page. The Gantt features available on Wimi improves projects visibility by viewing time against tasks on charts and graphs. Wimi is a versatile business software. It is a great tool to streamline work management and collaboration to bring effective productivity it the team. The messaging and sharing file works smoothly. Cons It does not have an optimal tool to plan events and prioritize the time to complete tasks, having this would be essential for the correct fulfillment of the times of each project. It would be ideal to have the option of creating a Gantt chart to be able to visualize all the projects in a unified way, this would give us the possibility of centralizing the data and making a complete tour of all our work. For now, we are waiting for Wimi updates, and we are open to the possibility of improving certain functions that allow us to make the platform more intuitive, open to the possibility of expanding our task management capabilities. Until now, the platform has been just what we were looking for a correct integration of the team in various work environments. Not really, everyone loved this tool. No cons. Good tool, so far no negative experienced with it. Wimi has been a perfect project management software that hardly subjects me to flaws. No cons experience. Overall I liked the Wimi software.
