Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I very much appreciated how smooth and fast my representative was able to assist me with the question I had. - User Friendly - Increases conversion - Easy sign up for members - Affordable - Customizable messages - Syncs to your Shopify store I love how speedy the communication is and that you get to message a real human. It is nice to be able to chat instead of emailing or calling as well. Gabriella was very helpful! I'm new to SlickText, so I had some questions about how to make the platform work for what our company needs. Gabriella took the time to research my questions and got back to me with a workable solution! I'm very impressed. I was also impressed by Branden, who has helped with onboarding our company. I like all the how-to videos, they have helped me every step of the way with setting up our account. Ease of use, user friendly features, great customer service. Good work team. I can see myself using this for a long time. Cons I cant say anything I didn't like. All my questions were answered and my issue was resolved quickly. - Text character limits make it hard to say what I want sometimes but if you add a picture to longer messages it will let you use more characters - Pay attention to your audience because that will determine what plan works best for you. I truly don’t have any cons. The service was exceptional! I'm concerned about how the auto-replies will impact our overall cost. That is the only thing so far. Nothing much to note here. Still pretty new to this and have yet to find a fault.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Being able to text keeps conversations. Transferred from Zipwhip easily. Price is competitive. Add new features at times/ Easy to use, great support staff, fairly priced, and highly productive We did a demo and got all our answers. Plus they didn't even try to get me in a contract, their product and service are their contract. How refreshing... I like that it's easy to text multiple numbers at one time. I also like the ability to compose a template and use that template multiple times to multiple numbers. I work closely with HR and I help with our hiring process. Many of our applicants' voice mails on their cell phones are either not set up, or their voice mailbox is full. Many applicants screen their calls and just don't answer. But everyone checks their text messages and is more likely to respond to a text message rather than answer a call. It's easy to keep track of things. I like that different profiles can be set so that in the office we can see who has responded to whom. Cons We are Zipwhip customers so a big drop off. Adding attachments is really poor compared to Zipwhip. And not being able to text to a group as little as 2 or 3 is ridiculous. not many cons, they do exactly what they said, and I love that. I don't like that you can't delete messages. They just fill up the page. That's the first thing I see when I open Text Request, a long list of old messages that I have already read and responded to. A lot of my messages are "no thank you". I would like to be able to quickly see useful messages. A lot of the messages are junk and I would like to be able to delete them and not archive them. I feel it's wasted space and time to have to keep scrolling through old and useless messages. I don't like that when you search for a particular person, the options don't narrow down automatically (ie, without having to press enter on the search)
