Easy, intuitive, lightweight, web based, and all the transactional data you’ll need to monitor your trends. -Customer portal allows customers to pay in a variety of ways on the web, and allows them to look at all service history. -Shop portal allows for streamlined work distribution -Parts portal can integrate to several softwares -Payment to account time is less than 3 days. -Amazing Customer Support with fast resolution times Cons I think the interface could be spiced up visually, and I would like a little more control over the data that goes in and what I can delete - as well as some general formatting options to reflect alternate data management systems.
