Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Lessonly creates feedback loops, build lessons, rehearse real life scenarios, which helps team to learn, practice and do work in better way. It provides complete reporting solution which continuously improves our team training. It's a powerfully simple way to learn and practice. It works for customer service, sales and enterprise. Easily customisable with our company logo, fonts and images. Cons So far there is nothing I dislike about this software.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Spekit is super easy to use, and great for quick questions about procedures while in Salesforce. Having not used the platform before, I've found Spekit to be helpful for learning and reminders in real-time. Cons I wish we had Spekit available on all of our platforms! The integration with Salesforce is seamless, but I wish we have access to the learning tools on other admin platforms like Zenefits.
