Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It worked ok documenting online apps. It was easy enough to set up and buy it. It collaborates with my assistant. Cons It hung up and worked terribly trying to get screenshots of desktop apps. After I clicked to cancel the service, they still billed my credit card a year later and they are now making it difficult to resolve this and refund my credit card. It is VERY HARD to cancel this service.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros #1- Effortless screen recording, with highlighter shapes to demonstrate. #2- It also supports Slack app integrations. #3- very easy to share with project teams with demonstration features. CloudApp helps in capturing our screen as a video and can be share it instantly. It captures our voice and face as well. Runs on PC, Chrome, iOS and Mac. Easily customisable. Some of its features are high definition videos, annotated screenshot, GIFs and screen recording. Drag and drop tool saves lots of time. Maintains high level of privacy and security. Powerful yet initiative software. We can try it free. CloudApp is multitasker for our business. It can be used as customer support. It can also perform a presentation. Easy to screen capture. CloudApp can record local Webcam screen. This is by far my favorite screenshot tool. Saves me so much time. I use it on a daily basis and love how easy it is. Cons #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. Very quickly and easily explanation is being provided by the customer support. Great software. CloudApp does its job very well, I don't have any negative thought about this. They've made a lot of updates so it's pretty intuitive now.
