Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Drift does a great job in real-time conversational marketing, enabling businesses to engage with website visitors through live chat, chatbots, and personalized messaging. It has strong integration with Salesforce and other CRM tools, allowing you to extract relevant information and update opportunities automatically. Salesloft has a simple and intuitive user interface that makes it easy to view, manage, and update your pipeline and forecast. It provides useful information and analysis to help sales representatives and managers identify risks, opportunities, trends, and patterns in their business. I like that it has a powerful forecasting module that helps sales teams improve their accuracy and confidence in their numbers. The conversation intelligence feature helps sales reps capture and analyze customer feedback and interactions. Salesloft has a product suite ecosystem that includes other products, which is a conversation intelligence tool that helps sales reps improve their skills and performance. There are many features I loved but the topmost feature I liked is sales pipeline visualization. It gives a top-angle view to understand what's happening. It has an appealing user interface and is incredibly easy to onboard. It has the best pre-simplified sales cycle. Drift is easy to set up and implement on business websites. Its pre-programmed bots give a personalized experience to clients, which indirectly helps to boost sales. The chat page can be customized. Drift makes it easier than ever to connect and chat with customers. The interface is easily utilized and the additional features are the cherry on top. Cons Some users may find Drift's pricing structure complex, and the initial setup might require a bit of extra technical expertise. It can be expensive for some companies, especially if they need to use multiple products in the product suite ecosystem. Sometimes it is buggy or slow at times, which can affect the user experience and data quality. Sometimes it is redundant or overlaps with some of the capabilities of Salesforce or other CRM tools, if used correctly. Salesloft may have issues with data synchronization or migration when there are changes in the organization or sales structure. Disappointing is the limitations in its reporting and dashboard features, which can make it difficult to customize or filter data. Never faced any major issues while using Salesloft for our sales process. Had a great experience with Drift. No downside experienced till now. It would be great to see more email tools being offered or a "chat bot" to utilize, but I'm sure these are on the horizon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Tidio can be implemented on multi-channels. FB messenger, Instagram and websites. Can generate tickets using its chatbot. The user interface is appealing and incredibly easy to use in my opinion. Create a profile after every conversation. From day one we started recognizing the benefits of this product. It helped my team to increase the sales graph. The deployment process was smooth and after-sales support was great. It can also be customized according to campaign and website designs. The Tidio app for BigCommerce is very easy to install and the design of the chat windows is beautiful. In case you have a question, support is always there to guide you step by step on how to resolve any issue. I love that Tidio has a free plan because it's a great affordable option for small businesses. Also, it is easy to install and has a lot of features that are helpful for my business like easy to use chatbots and integrations. We use Tidio on our website where we advise and help to detect skin cancer at an early stage, thanks to our device NOTA mole tracker. So we are saving lives together with Tidio! Cons Never faced any major issues while using the Tidio tool. Till now I haven't experienced any downside about Tidio. I have no issues with this app while working on BigCommerce. I don't like that I have to join the conversation to mark it as solved because when I want to close a conversation, I don't want to have to join it in order to remove it from my view. This is just a small flaw but everything else is great. I would say it's a paid subscription, but I understand that you have to pay for a good product.
