Implementing their EDI solutions has significantly improved our operational efficiency, enabling faster order processing and reducing manual errors. Cons Learning Curve: There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for those of us not familiar with EDI. However, the initial investment of time to learn the system has paid off immensely. Learning curve for newcomers. Considerable cost for implementation. More suitable for medium to large businesses. I did not find any cons about SBSA till today. It's a cool software. We did not find any cons to write here. It's the best tool. So far I haven't found any major flaws. All problems are usually solved quickly through technical support.
