About
RFP.wiki is a buyer-vendor intelligence workspace for better software and service decisions.
- Buyers use it to research markets, compare vendors, launch RFPs, score responses, document rationale, and track contracts, compliance, spend, and renewals after selection.
- Vendors use it to claim and improve their public profile, understand how they compare with category peers, review Market Wave analysis, and become easier for buyers to evaluate.
Instead of scattered search tabs, inbox pitches, spreadsheets, and missing evidence, RFP.wiki turns vendor research into a structured decision flow: vendor profiles, category pages, alternatives, RFP templates, weighted scoring, supplier response workflows, and decision history. It is built for teams that need clearer shortlists, more defensible vendor choices, and a shared space where buyers and vendors can move from market research to trusted evaluation.

About
Reyda is a tender and bid management workspace for public tenders and private RFPs/RFQs. It monitors procurement sources across the EU, UK, and Switzerland, surfaces opportunities, and helps teams assess fit and decide whether to bid. Teams review tender requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria; research buyers, procurement histories, competitors, partners, and subcontractors; and track contract awards and expirations. Its AI bid manager handles delegated research, analyzes requirements, gathers evidence from company knowledge, drafts responses, and completes forms. Shared bid rooms, recurring routines, reusable answers, templates, and company documents organize work and submissions for buyer portals. Teams retain control of bid strategy, commitments, and final submissions. Reyda serves bid managers, proposal writers, sales, and business-development teams selling to government or responding to invited RFPs/RFQs. Cloud and on-premises deployment are available.
