Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With their antiquated system QuickBooks Merchant Services is able to charge my customer but not show a record that they were charged, and put the money in their slush fund so that later then suck it into their pocket. It is a scam of the highest level. Multiple times I have had a customer call me and say I charged the wrong amount for his hunt. I contacted merchant services and they don't even show a record of the charge. My customers payment went directly into merchant services, the "Unknown Money bucket" which Merchant Services later sucks in to their bucket. I have had this happen a number of time when my numbers don't match or a customer call me on the charge amount. Most companies are busy selling their services and don't look for a missin thousant here or a thousand there. In this last one I brought to their attention to get corrected, they took $7000, the customer confirmed it, but their is no record in my Credit Card charges that the card was even charged. This is a scam that the Banking Board needs to get in the middle of. I am certain that I am not the only one. Can use on mobile device or desktop. Price was decent in comparison to others. Appeared to be the most cost effective choice for a new business owner. Nothing at all. The definition of inept, disgruntled oversized mammoth of a company that only serves own interest. Cons This is a merchant services that you can not trust. The will steal you blind, then just say they are sorry but you don'r get any of the money they dropped in their slush fund. Wow. What a horrible company and app. I am a new corporation. Just needed to pay myself through payroll. First time I ever tried to run payroll they put a hold on my account. Flagged me as potential fraud. Asked for 6 months band statements, my ID, and business license. Sent them the ID and license but tried to explain that since I am anew Corp I do not have six months of statements. They sent me an email stating my company is a high fraud risk, they are cancelling my account and will not ever allow me to subscribe again. Everything, this company fails at genuine customer. Service and action to fix their problems. Unlike small business that much address problems this company is the poltergeist of true service and resolution.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros none, can process CC's like all other processors. Nothing special. Sure, they process credit cards, great. Its their fees that suck. There. Are no pros all bad this company just robs people they have a very high rate compared to other companies if I have to write a "pro"...simple & straight forward?? In the beginning easy to open the account, the guy who help me was really nice and friendly, but when I had the problem he didn’t answer the phone or text. The interface is simplistic and straight forward. Simple to learn. It is pretty basic. There are different options for utilizing online payment transactions. Cons They scam you continuously with hidden fees. Hundreds at a time sometimes. You name it rude customer service try and steal your hard earned money and when you try to explain that they took money they just didn't listen trying to get me for $3146.46 saying they had to give a refund but all they refunded was what my customer paid You read it correctly, $35 to run a batch! Of course that was never disclosed to me over the phone when I was signing up. Next day payout? Yea right, try 3-4 business days. My terrible experience was after few days I had to process my first credit card for 420 dollar, after 3 1/2 hours driving with my customer from Newark airport to Washington DC, I spent lots money in gas and tolls, the next day they closed my account and didn’t pay, I called them and told me, I need to way for 180 day to deposit the money in my account!!! There are no safeguarding algorithms to prevent fraud. A customer used 5 different stolen credits to make a purchase until one went through. Then of course it was charged back because they used a stolen credit card, and swipe simples system did nothing to prevent this from happening. Also we got hit with another charge right after the chargeback was pulled from our account, which I didn't think was related however after reading these reviews.. maybe it was related. I got signed up with their service through a 3rd party that handles our processing, and wow, this is scary.
