Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros QuestionPro is really easy to learn and use. The customer service is excellent with rich resources to check. We recently switched over to QuestionPro from another survey platform because a lot of our projects could not access the old platform due to security issues. There have been a few things we've been asked to do in QuestionPro that I didn't know how to do and I've avoided doing them for lack of time! We finally had to start using QuestionPro for certificates and it hasn't been that easy for me to figure out. But having Suraj available any time I have questions with the click of a button has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If I can't figure it out Suraj sends me details including short little videos on HOW to do it! Sounds like a simple thing probably, but when you're so busy that you don't have time to learn the new platform, having support at the click of my mouse has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Have no fear, QuestionPro Pros are here! I chatted with the Customer agent who was very helpful and resolved my query within a short time. Response on chat was very quick and I didn't have to go through a bot. Very happy. Easy tool to create a series of questions plus translations are super easy to upload or manually tweak as well. It's a great bonus. The self-guide material is also super helpful and easy to understand. And when you have questions you have a great support team via chat that are just so friendly and helpful. It's made this whole experience less stressful and exciting thank you so much. Easy to read easy to use easy everything easy customer service team when help is required. Very good app. Cons I haven't found anything unpleasant about QuestionPro. Having to ask for help so often. I do wish (and maybe there is & I'm just not aware) there was more focused training I could attend or videos I could watch to learn new things. I just haven't had the time to invest in learning as much as I'd like. Nothing. I have no cons since I have been using the product as I am satisfied with all that I am doing with it. Nothing to report here. I'm a happy customer with the services provided. Not much to dislike at all. A fantastic app all over.
