Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Qarrot is new to me and I think it is a fantastic tool! I discovered Qarrot with my new company and it is the perfect way to acknowledge employees and their efforts, those going above and beyond, and giving the occasional pat on the back for just being part of the team! It's good. I like having free stuff. Free stuff is cool. Our company put us on to this site. It's great. Qarrot is so cool it gives me so many options for how spending Qarrot dollars. I can see how much others are earning. Easy to transform points to gift cards and the point balance to cards is easy to understand so you aren't thinking. I like the flexibility of choosing from many to redeem my qarrot points. The accessibility is easy to navigate. Cons I have just begun using Qarrot and do not have anything negative to say at this time. There is nothing wrong with this site. It works when i get on. Sometimes a task is still open but carrot says the task is closed and that makes it slightly difficult to get my points. Lack of gift card options for pc gamers like steam, origin, epic, and uplay. It would be nice if I could access from home as easy as it can be accessed at work.		Pros from Real Users Pros I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts. Kazoo helps in tracking progress of our work. Provides innovation and collaboration support. Integrates easily with calendar. Dashboards are very interactive. Easy to setup and understand. Using this software our team feels connected. Easily customisable features. All in one solution.
