About

Qanu is a cloud-based legal workspace for law firms, in-house legal departments, and government legal teams working with GCC law. It combines bilingual legal research, matter documents, contract review, drafting, and team collaboration. Users can ask questions in Arabic or English and receive responses linked to laws, regulations, and matter files. Its legal library searches official sources; matter documents can be permissioned by project and versioned. Playbooks let firms define preferred positions and review contracts clause by clause, with findings tied to contract language. Teams can collaborate in Arabic and English, including tracked changes and comments, then export Word or PDF files. Qanu offers a free single-seat plan and enterprise options, including in-country hosting in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, single sign-on, bring-your-own-key support, and deployment in a customer's cloud.

About

iDeal Legal AI is an AI contract review tool that works entirely inside Microsoft Word and Word Online. Open a contract, launch the add-in, and review it in the same document you are already editing. There is no separate dashboard to learn and no upload portal to send files through. The review logic is based on playbooks written by Sergey Ovcharenko, a corporate and contract attorney with more than 15 years of experience in technology, SaaS, and game and entertainment law. The playbooks capture the positions an experienced negotiator takes on each type of agreement, so the tool points out the terms a careful lawyer would question and explains why they matter. Every review is cross-checked across three AI models (GPT, Claude and Gemini). Comparing their outputs helps surface issues a single model could miss and lowers the risk of a confident answer that turns out to be wrong.

Audience

Law firms and in-house legal teams in the GCC

Audience

Partners and solos at firms of 1-20 lawyers doing technology transactions, SaaS and software licensing, IP and commercial contracts, often with game and entertainment deals in the mix. Their constraint is capacity, not skill: more contract work means an $80,000+ associate or lost evenings. We exist for that trade-off. And in-house counsel at technology and game companies with no enterprise process behind them: 1-5 people in the legal team , who can decide without procurement and whose job is to keep pace with the business instead of becoming its bottleneck.
