Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What is there for landlords in this platform, what can we gain from this. I was on "property me". before and could see all income and expense each week. Please let me know. Cons There is no way for a landlord to look and see at a glance what their income is for the month of fortnight. I love the Tenant and owner portals and online payment options. I love how I can list properties for rent right through the program. I also love how I can get help 24/7 at no cost. It gives you most of what you need, without the large cost of other online cloud based software. I found the software easy to use, but I have previous experience with this type of program, they all have their quirks. Reports are easy to configure, by date and property. Cons There were some occasional glitches, nothing biggy but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome. I wish that I could separate the tenants by properties on the tenant page, I do not like how it blends all of them together. The tax information could be better, again for the price it is fine. I do wish when you needed a report the information didn't have to be put in each time. Also wish when you put in an expense from a previous month the program would stay in the month you were in, not go to the current date.
